Operator of this website

Mooresville Cleaning Services is a website operated by Varna SEO Agency. Cleaning requests made through it are passed to independent local cleaning providers in the Mooresville and Lake Norman area, who carry out the work.

Information we receive

The request form asks for your name, phone number, ZIP code, the cleaning service you want, a short description and a preferred time. Phone calls to the number on this site may be recorded; you hear a notice at the start of the call. We also keep basic technical logs, such as the page a request was sent from, to keep the site working and free of spam.

How it is used

Your details are used to arrange the cleaning you asked about: to call you back, pass the request to a local provider and follow up on it. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.

Retention

Request records and call recordings are kept for up to 24 months and then deleted, unless the law requires them to be kept longer.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or ask for it to be deleted, by writing to the email address on the contact page.
